I really like your outline Kevin. I think it has a clear focus and it states exactly what you want to do and where you want to go with your paper. One suggestion I might make would be to make all subtopics either questions, or make them all statements instead of a combination of both. I read that it was a good idea in the Writing Today book. Just an idea:) otherwise very good job!
